OSMO On Spotted Gum
Spotted Gum is a beautiful timber. Over the years it has been used extensively in Australia in many applications. When OSMO POLYX 3032 Satin Oil became available locally people were naturally interested to see how it would work on Spotted Gum as it can be naturally oily. There were two comments floating around re the different family of finishes around. 'Solvent based finishes can make it look very dark' whereas 'Waterborne finishes can do little to prevent fading and can look a little grey or washed out.' The test came when floors were fully re-sanded and re finished with OSMO....

What Will You Coat The Deck With?
What will you protect your decking with? Will you still see the grain of the timber? OSMO 015 is an option to consider closely.
